Made in the traditional Roman way. Pancetta, Pecorino Romano and egg yolk, tossed through my fresh homemade spaghetti, topped with a generous pinch of black pepper.
Pappardelle al Ragu £15.5
Fresh Homemade Pappardelle with Sicilian Sausage Ragu, Topped with Burrata.
Tortellini alla Calabrese £16.5
Fresh Homemade Tortellini served with Pesto Calabrese and N’duja, topped pecorino romano and crispy parma ham. (Pesto Calabrese is made of roasted peppers and Tomatoes, Basil and Fresh Chillies).

Busiate is a spiral shaped pasta tipically from western Sicily, with Aubergines, Swordfish, Slow Roasted Tomatoes, Mint and toasted Pangrattato
